Yes. This retreat is specifically designed for women whose grief is still alive and tender. You do not need to be “finished” with your grief—or even feel hopeful—to attend. You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
No. Sharing is always invitational, never required. You are encouraged to participate at your own pace and comfort level. Silence, reflection, and private processing are fully respected.
This retreat is therapeutic and clinically informed, but it is not group therapy. It blends mindfulness, experiential practices, and therapeutic guidance in a retreat setting—offering depth, support, and safety without pressure or diagnosis.
This retreat welcomes grief in many forms, including:
Death of a loved one
Divorce or relationship loss
Loss of identity, health, or life direction
Empty nest or life-stage transitions
Ambiguous or unrecognized losses
You do not need to justify or explain your grief for it to be valid here.
Strong emotions are a natural part of grief and healing. This retreat is facilitated by experienced therapists who are attuned to emotional safety and nervous system regulation. Support, grounding, and choice are always available.
While grief is honored, the retreat is not heavy or bleak. Alongside grief, there is space for warmth, laughter, connection, beauty, and joy. Many women describe the experience as deeply moving, grounding, and quietly uplifting.
Expect a gentle pace, time in nature, guided mindfulness, experiential therapeutic exercises, small-group connection, nourishing meals, and space for rest and reflection. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your needs throughout.
Not at all. All practices are guided and accessible, whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice.
Lodging is arranged independently. After registration, we’ll share nearby hotel recommendations and logistics to make planning easy.
That quiet pull matters. Many women attend not because they feel ready—but because something inside them knows it’s time to be held differently.
