Meet Our Team

Storey Frizzell

Special Project and Administrative Coordinator

Hello, I’m Storey Frizzell! As a self-described wounded healer, I find great fulfillment in supporting others. My personal struggles and resilience sparked an interest in the healing and self-improvement community/field. Helping others brings me joy, and I’ve worked in various fields, from private events to owning an esthetic business.

However, my true passion lies in helping others becoming the best version of themselves. I plan to pursue a degree in social work and become a therapist, but currently, I enjoy developing curriculum for groups and events at the Awakening Center.

Sean Craypo

Certified Meditation Teacher

During my career as a firefighter and in my everyday life, meditation has helped me see the world as it is and not how my mind had made it to be. There is nothing magic about meditation. You don’t need be a monk or a samurai or a firefighter to benefit. You just need to be alive.

Yes, Meditation can help when our lives feel like they’re on fire and burning down around us, but it is also vital in navigating the everyday greyness of life, like getting stuck in traffic, losing your keys or catching a cold. It can help us better relate to our co-workers, friends and family.

It can help us better relate to ourselves. I’ve recently become certified by Tergar International to teach a five-week intro to meditation course called Anytime Anywhere Meditation. This class is for anybody who wants to learn about and experience meditation.
