The Awakening Center offers individual therapy services to individuals who are ready to commit to working through past trauma, chronic loneliness, feelings of emptiness, or are experiencing a lack of inspiration in their lives.

At Awakening Center Houston, we are certified to provide evidence-based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.
